I am so sorry I lapsed on blogging. It feels like two days have passed when really two months have passed. Lots has happened... mostly Tess speaking tons of words now. Just today she said giraffe, good girl, Pops, Thank you, and more that I can't even think of right now.
Also mom broke her wrist and has been out of commission since a week before Christmas so I took on a few more holiday tasks than normal. Then we all got sick and have had it lingering even up to today. We traveled to Long Beach Aquarium again, Sea World, Santa Ana Zoo, and today Irvine Park to ride the famous train and ponies. We had a wonderful time with Daddy being home for Christmas break.

I did have a total Jessica Simpson moment the other day. I was reading the nutrition facts on dehydrated apricots when I noticed it said a Product of Turkey. I turned to
Stef and said what the hell does that mean a Turkey pooped out an apricot... and then as soon as the last word came out I started laughing at myself understanding that it was made in Turkey. What a dork!
Tess is still in swim lessons and loving every minute when she has her normal teacher. Over the holiday we had a sub who was a snotty nosed, 20 year old, insensitive teacher. She basically made Tess cry through her lessons. Thank goodness her normal teacher came back and it only took her two lessons to get back into the swim of things.
The crazy pic of Tess above on the lit Nativity scene is from our neighbors yard. She insisted on visiting them everyday even better when they were lit up.

Tess loves her kitties! Her favorite thing right now is picking up Hershey. Hershey however does not always love all the love. Tess doesn't always pick her up properly so Hershey
crys..... She also loves Great Grammy Betty's kitty Lucy. She is still a kitten and I think thinks Tess is a toy. Tess cracks up at her...!!!

She is an absolute doll. Of course we leave out the stories of her climbing EVERYTHING! She will climb up a chair, the ladder up to the big slide that is way over our heads (really its high...over 6 ft) and today she climbed up the fence to see the train. She will learn, but as Daddy sees it, she is building strength to beat up those boys....she will run circles around them!
Happy New Year! Love Stefan, Mary, and Tess
