Tess' 4th Birthday Party

We had a quiet family party in honor of Tess' 4th birthday! It was themed Mermaids and their sand castles. This is the creative cake we came up with, she loved it!

We also celebrated cousin Nick's, Uncle Alex's and Uncle Doug's birthday with R2D2. Really Nick's a Star Wars Junkie, but I didn't think the boys would mind sharing. Happy Birthday to all! Was so excited as it was my first venture in piping such an elaborate cake. Not bad....!

1st Father Daughter Dance

This was too sweet. The first Father Daughter Dance at Oakridge. Daddy and Tess attended as guests for a change. First corsage, too. Daddy and Tess loved dancing the night away! Cherished memories!

Mother's Day

A lovely over-night stay at Pelican Hill. We swam to our hearts content, thank goodness the sun popped out to visit a little.

Alissa's Owl Shower

Here are the fun Owl ideas from the baby shower we threw in April. The cupcakes turned out darling and were the hit of the party. I made Owl Bird Seed Ornaments that are in the little baggies on the first picture. And of course had to have an owl tree.... made with Pysanka. Happy Shower Day!
